Doctor Cotton is a General Practioner and prefers to be called Charlie by hir friends. Shi first joined as a member to meet other herms, but the club had a need for medical services and shi was offered to be subsidised if shi set up hir practice at the Double H Club. This suited hir very well and shi has been their resident doctor for several years.

Charline is a tan and white cottontail rabbit with C-cup breasts and average size male genitalia. Although very feminine in appearance, shi leans toward hir male side personality-wise. This has resulted in a mutual attraction between hir and Francine Lapin which is likely to end with them getting mated.
